First, start with one package (or one scoop, depending on your packaging) of Shakeology. I always use chocolate, but greenberry is available. For this recipe, I would highly suggest chocolate. Greenberry probably would taste pretty darn bad. Plus in my world, chocolate rules.
Pour the Shakeology into a blender. Pretty easy so far.
Pour in 1 cup of skim milk. To keep track of your calories, make sure to measure. And it's probably best to use skim. It's up to you though, it's your shake.
Add in 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter, or if you're feeling crazy, try almond butter. I didn't have any almond butter on hand, so it's my good old reduced fat peanut butter. Oh, and you'll most likely want to use creamy, but again, it's your shake.
Next, add in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. You can see I did not measure. I don't care. I love vanilla extract and I'm owning it.
Now use your freakishly large hand to put in some cinnamon. I didn't measure my cinnamon, and I may pay for it, but I'm okay with it.
You can add a few ice cubes to thicken it up a tad. I decided not to this time, but I will for now on. It just wasn't cold enough for me.
I didn't take any pictures of the finished project. I forgot to. I drank it up right away. Oops, my bad.
See? Easy! Just pour it into a travel mug and you're off!
