The past couple of weeks have been crazy - in both good and bad ways. We've been through car accidents, computers crashing, drywall work, enjoying autumn in the orchards, playing with the dogs, spending time with friends at Scotty's Brewhouse every Thursday, and partying it up with our young friends!
We are realizing that even though we've been through some pretty crappy situations in the last week, we are very blessed with what we've been given and the positive outlook we've been able to keep. Ryan was hit by a semi on I-65, and yet he walked out of his car by himself - that could have been horrible, but it wasn't. Of course, this has taken up quite a bit of our time as we now search for a new car (Ryan's driving his parents' mini van!).
I'm keeping this entry short today because the Colts game is about to start :) I'll be back again this week to update everyone on my United Way adventures.
Oh! If you're interested in social media (Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, blogging, etc.) and you also enjoy free food from Indy restaurants, let me know! I'd love for you to join the Indy Tastecasting team with me!
OK, we all need to move out east where one can take trains or subways every where...obviously this driving thing is not working so well. Hey, I finally got a different car! This one actually works, so I'm pretty happy about that. Talk to you soon!
